- 2 Cup(s) sour cream
- 1 vegtable soup mix
- 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach
- ⅓ Cup(s) chopped water chestnuts
- ¼ Cup(s) minced green onion
- ¼ Cup(s) coarsely chopped radishes
- 2 Tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- 1 loaf pumpernickel break
- Combine sour cream and soup.
- Add spinach, water chestnuts, greenonion, radishes, parsley and garlic
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
