Shrimp Ring

Shrimp Ring
  • 1 Pound(s) steamed shrimp
  • ½ Cup(s) chopped celery
  • ½ Cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 cans refridgerator crescent rolls
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) parsley flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) onion
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) old bay (receipe calls for 2 - but that's too much)
  • 6 Ounce(s) shredded monterey jack or mozzarella cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Pell and devein shrimp. Cut into small pieces. (if you use small precooked shrimp, thaw under cold water, leave uncut) Mix all ingredients together and place in a ring on top of crescents. Press the triangles together at theperforations leaving thepoints loose nthe center. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
