Crab Dip

Crab Dip
  • 2 cans crab meat or baby shrimp
  • ½ Teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) minced onion
  • 8 Ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 chopped hard boiled egg (optional)
  1. Mix softened cream cheese with minced onion and garlic powder to your taste. Pat mixture into pie plate or 8x8 square pan. Top with cocktail sauce enough to cover lightly - add crab meat and then add a bit more cocktail sauce on top to keep crab in place. Then sprinklewith parsley flakes. Serve with Ritz crackers.
