- 2 cans crab meat or baby shrimp
- ½ Teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon(s) minced onion
- 8 Ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
- 1 chopped hard boiled egg (optional)
- Mix softened cream cheese with minced onion and garlic powder to your taste. Pat mixture into pie plate or 8x8 square pan. Top with cocktail sauce enough to cover lightly - add crab meat and then add a bit more cocktail sauce on top to keep crab in place. Then sprinklewith parsley flakes. Serve with Ritz crackers.
