Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
  • 2⅔ Cup(s) flour
  • ½ Teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • ½ Cup(s) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 Cup(s) firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ½ Cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 1 package (6-serving size) butter pecan, chocolate, chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Cup(s) chocolate chips
  • ½ Cup(s) chopped nuts (optional)
  1. Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat iin eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonsfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 10 dozens.
