Chicken Baked in Mushroom Almond Sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup(s) flour
  • ½ Tablespoon(s) salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon(s) white pepper
  • ⅛ Teaspoon(s) thyme
  • ⅛ Teaspoon(s) powdered sage
  • ¼ Teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
  • 3 Pound(s) chicken breast
  • 3 Tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 Cup(s) milk
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) wine
  • 1 sliced mushrooms
  • ⅓ Cup(s) toasted sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Blend flour, salt, peper, thyme, sage, and poultry seasoning. Coat chilcken; brown slowly in butter. Place in baking dish. Blendsoup and milkin chicken drippings, add wine andpourover chicken.
  2. Cover and bake 325 for 35 minutes. Remove cover, add almohnds and cook 10 more minutes.
