Chicken Baked in Mushroom Almond Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ Cup(s) flour
- ½ Tablespoon(s) salt
- ¼ Teaspoon(s) white pepper
- ⅛ Teaspoon(s) thyme
- ⅛ Teaspoon(s) powdered sage
- ¼ Teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
- 3 Pound(s) chicken breast
- 3 Tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 Cup(s) milk
- 2 Tablespoon(s) wine
- 1 sliced mushrooms
- ⅓ Cup(s) toasted sliced almonds
Instructions
- Blend flour, salt, peper, thyme, sage, and poultry seasoning. Coat chilcken; brown slowly in butter. Place in baking dish. Blendsoup and milkin chicken drippings, add wine andpourover chicken.
- Cover and bake 325 for 35 minutes. Remove cover, add almohnds and cook 10 more minutes.
