Broccoli Ham Ring

Broccoli Ham Ring
  • ½ Pound(s) ham
  • ¼ Cup(s) fresh broccoli
  • 2 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ½ Cup(s) fresh parsley
  • 6 Ounce(s) swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  1. Preheat oven 350. Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, onion, and parsley with food chopper. Coarsely grate cheese with grater slicer. Mix all ingredients except crescent triangles. Place triangles on round stone. Press the triangles together at the perforations leaving the poionts loose in the center, save two triangles. Put broccoli mixture in a ringon the crescents. Pull thepoints from the center tothe outside and tuck under. With the remaning 2 rectangles, cut into strips and twist. Fill any open spaces. Bake 20-25 minutes
